How long does It take to get my order?
All wallpaper and vinyl orders are made just for you, so please allow up to 7 business days for production (excluding weekends + holidays).
During big site wide sales, production can take a bit longer so plan accordingly! Samples usually ship out quicker but may still fall under our 7 business day window.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel, you have 12 hours from placing your order to do so.
Need to make changes? We can’t guarantee edits after purchase, but contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each wallpaper and vinyl order is custom made, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. That’s why we always recommend ordering a sample first!
If you believe there was a mistake with your order, please let us know within 30 days for us to make it right!
Where can I use the wallpaper?
Just about anywhere indoors! Walls should be primed, painted, and cured (wait 30 days after fresh paint). Avoid using on brick, unpainted cement, or surfaces with heavy texture.
The wallpaper is removable and won’t leave a mess—just follow the install tips!
Is the wallpaper safe? Any fumes?
Yep—it’s printed with UV inks (aka: non-toxic, low-impact, and super durable). No formaldehyde, no phthalates, and the material is biodegradable over time. Safe and stunning.
Does it stick to textured walls?
Our peel + stick wallpaper performs best on properly primed and painted surfaces—and we’ve seen it look beautiful across a variety of finishes!
We highly recommend ordering a sample first, especially if your walls have an orange peel texture or “easy-to-clean” paint. These finishes often contain additives that can affect adhesion, and testing ensures the perfect result.
Installation & Measuring
How do I know how many panels I need?
Easy math!
- Measure the width of your wall in inches. If you are wallpapering a full room, measure each wall individually and then total up all of the width measurements for one total number.
- Divide that number by 24 (each panel is 24” wide).
- Round up to the nearest whole number—that’s how many panels you need!
Then, choose the panel height that fits your wall (we offer 4 ft, 8 ft, 10 ft, and beyond!). When measuring around doors or windows, just pretend they’re not there—you’ll trim around them during install for a seamless look.

Do I need to hire someone to install?
Nope—not at all! Our wallpaper is designed to be super beginner-friendly, and we include both printed and video instructions to guide you through it step-by-step. You’ve got this!
If you do decide to hire an installer, just make sure they read our product-specific instructions before getting started. We can’t be responsible for any mistakes made during third-party installations.
