Why does my neon sign not include a remote control?
The benefits of this type of our dimmer is that it does not require a battery and is very reliable. It's tried and true vs. some traditional plastic remotes that can become faulty in short span of time. 

Dimmer: Twists to control the brightness, and on/off. It plugs straight into the power lead of the sign, between the lead and power supply.

Specs:

• Longevity: up to 40,000 hours – approx. 4 years with average use
• By nature, all LEDs naturally fade towards the end of their lifespan.
• Note:  that all of our collection lights include a transparent acrylic backing, not pictured in the product image. This allows the sign to be hung/mounted using the complimentary mounting screws.
